About Me

I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Maine and my Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Rhode Island. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT #1353) and a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC #6972) in good standing in the state of Massachusetts. I am a clinical fellow in the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and I am also a certified EMDR therapist.

I have 18 years clinical experience working in the greater Lowell area and have closely collaborated with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, school administrators, Department of Children and Families, and other area agencies.

In addition, I have specialty training in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I have completed both parts of the basic training in EMDR, as well as training in EMDR Recent Events Protocol (R-TEP). Please click on the buttons below for more information about CBT and EMDR.
